Peter Scholl knows construction

With more than 20 years in the profession and thousands of quality construction projects completed, he’s learned the difference between slapping a house together and purposely building a home.

“A home transforms your whole life,” Peter said. “It becomes a major part of your reality. Our goal is to ensure that people have a home that’s a warm, secure and nurturing foundation for a fuller life. We don’t just build homes, we build dreams.”

Of course, he added that Scholl Construction also builds additions, home remodels and commercial remodels.

Peter was a project manager with several developers, including the oldest and largest builder in the nation. Along the way, Peter saw that there is a right way to build homes and commercial projects. He also saw that it’s never right to build it wrong.

“When I started Scholl Construction, I knew that customer satisfaction is key,” Peter said. “Customer satisfaction starts with listening. If we’re going to deliver the home, office or commercial project our clients expect we have to listen when they tell us what they’re looking for.”

Peter went on to explain that customer satisfaction continues with follow through. That means quality workmanship from experienced, expert craftsmen.  It means attention to detail and a commitment to keeping promises.

“We set high standards for ourselves and we meet them,” Peter said. “We settle for nothing less than the best we can deliver because it’s not enough to have satisfied clients. We want our clients to be thrilled with the results.”

With the customer at the forefront, Scholl Construction skillfully manages labor, material and delivery. With their broad level of expertise, Scholl Construction is familiar with responding to changes and occasional difficulties.

Peter said they have experience in all phases of construction, including structural and architectural drawings, land purchases, financing, building permits, material selection and an infinite number of other details pertaining to clients’ projects.

“A huge part of the passion I bring to the construction process comes from turning peoples’ dreams into realities,” he said. “It’s hard to beat the look on a client’s face when we turn over their completed new home, remodeled home or business. Construction is a lot more than floor to ceiling; it’s touching the hearts and lives of the people we’re fortunate enough to build for.”
