Basement Remodeling Project - Vernon Hills, Illinois

Project Description: The customers had a two year old home with an unfinished walkout basement that faced a wetlands area and small lake.  They wanted a place to entertain family and friends for holidays and parties. 

Project Solution: Scholl Construction completely finished the walkout basement.  The new basement has a full bar, a pool table room, multiple seating areas, a bathroom, and a custom built entertainment center.  With the level of trim detail we were really able to show off some of our carpentry skills.  The customers have a 3-piece crown molding, decrative wainscott along all the walls, custom built cabinets for the bar and entertainment center.  They enjoy their new space and have hosted many family parties.  This project was completed in 5 weeks.
