Basement Remodeling Project - Woodstock, Illinois

Project Description: The customers have a large family that works in other countries. Their children frequently return for extended stays to visit their family. They needed a separate space for their children and their families while visiting. They wanted it to be easy to clean and have all the amenities a separate home would have.

Project Solution: Scholl Construction built two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a full kitchen with all the appliances, and full living room and dining room. They live on a large piece of land with a walkout basement which allows for a separate entrance. The customers couldn't be happier to have a place for their family to stay with them and their children couldn't be happier visiting their parents while still having a separate living area that doesn't impose on their parents for extended stays. This project was completed in 8 weeks.
