Basement Remodeling Project - Lake in the Hills, Illinois

Project Description: The customers live in a friendly neighborhood where the couples take turns entertaining in their homes.  These customers had a wonderful arbor and stamped concrete patio to entertain in the summer, but needed a place to entertain in the colder months.  They wanted a pub theme. 

Project Solution: Scholl Construction finished the basement to include a dart board, four built in flat screened TVs, a built in entertainment center, a fireplace with a decrative tile hearth and surround sound.  The bar has a drink well built into the countertop as well as a tapper that runs to a beer keg refrigerator.  A full mirror was installed behind the bar to complete the bar theme and accent the glasses and bottles.  We also installed a pizza oven, a small refridgerator, a built in microwave, and a dishwasher to wash glasses.  The customers love their new space.  It feels like you are transported to a pub by walking down the stairs.  We were able to show off our skills with the full oak wainscott, the multicolored suede walls, a custom built bar and beautiful Italian tile.  This project was completed in 7 weeks.
