Bathroom Remodeling and Renovations Project - Glenview, IL
Project Description: The customer's home was approximately 15 years old and was in need of renovation. All three full bathrooms needed a make-over.
The Solution: Scholl Construction planned wonderful make-overs to fit within the customer's budget. We left the existing vanity cabinets in place, but painted them white and installed new hardware on them. We removed the wallpaper in all three bathrooms, then installed wainscot on the walls. We removed the vanity faucets and replaced them. We took out the old caulk in the showers and tubs and replaced it. New vanity lights, towel bars, toilet paper holders and paint finished the make-overs. This project took 3 weeks.
One specific challenge we had was finding wall tile to match existing floor tile, but we found the perfect solution. We have continued working at this house and have removed and replaced all the windows, remodeled the kitchen and eating area, and replaced the exterior lighting.
